COOPER MGA and its social commitment

We are aware that we have a moral obligation to contribute to the world in which we live and operate in and therefore we are committed to giving back to society in an active and voluntary manner by focusing on the ethical and responsible practice of our activities. 

We are an Agency that values the trust placed by our clients; we know that our responsibility is to be consistent and that is why it is in our DNA to take seriously environmental, social and good governance issues.

We strive to commit to with Environmental (eg recycling, lower electricity use, work from home,  and Social (charity, wellbeing of your workers, hybrid working etc) and Governance (bonus to workers,  Board meetings, etc)

Environmental

At COOPER we work every day to minimize our impact to the environment and this is how we extrapolate it to our suppliers and business partners to respond to climate change with carbon reduction policies, aligned with the UN. Our employees are committed to applying changes that allow us to be a better company and with a greater contribution to the environment.

We strive with small measurable impact like we automatically switch off electricity every night , we recycle in our office, we contribute to carbon offsetting programmes and we favour hybrid working so our workers don’t have to travel unnecessarily into the office.

Social

We strive so our clients can trust us and we have implemented a corporate model of good citizenship, contributing to the communities of which we are a part. At COOPER, we are committed to a program aimed at supporting social initiatives proposed by our employees. Our goal is to contribute to the society in which we live and we support different charitable organizations in their projects.

Corporate governance

We have established good governance practices and they are part of our daily objectives.

We have adequate internal audit controls, anti bribery and modern slavery policies, and procedures in place. Our employees are aware of the responsibility of their actions. These extents to complying with the laws and regulations that are relevant to our operation. We apply ESG criteria, we have a working group that meets monthly, whose role is to defend these issues within the Executive Committee.
